I was so sorry to learn of Frances' passing. My late mom, Rose Marie, grew up with her sister. Mom would always say how much she admired and respected Frances. I, myself, was always happy to run into her around the neighborhood. We would always have a pleasant time catching up. I will never forget her kindness when we lost my sister, Roberta. She was truly a Lady. She will be missed! I offer my prayers And condolences.
