I will always remember my mother-in-law for her thoughtfulness, her caring heart, and the unconditional love she showed me from the very beginning, from that first bowl of beans to her last hand of dominoes. She welcomed me not just into her home, but into her family, making me feel accepted, supported, and truly loved. Her kindness was reflected in the small, meaningful ways she looked after everyone around her, always putting others before herself. I love and miss you Ma.

Happy Birthday my beautiful Mom. A stranger once dubbed you Sophia Loren and they were right. You're beautiful inside and out. So many loved you. How I had planned to spend it with you today but God decided he'd rather have you with him. I'm heart broken. You were my first love, my nourisher, my protector, my teacher and friend. You taught me what a loving wife is, what it means to be a doting mother and to take care of myself, to moisturize, moisturize, moisturize. You taught me to work hard and be independent. That Saturday cleaning had to have music. That Vicks was a must. I'll miss our phone calls, you playing cards and dominoes with us or checking my rice, picking up your word search books. I love and miss you so very much my bon bon de chocolate, mi dulce de almendra, mi corazon de batata.
Te Amo Siempre.
